| Three young guys from Detroit on keys, bass, and drums rock the house and keep the energy high with a mix of acid jazz, funk, power pop, and humor. The band is known for it's positive vibe on stage and the wide range of influences. Keyboardist/Vocalist Chris Codish has won 4 Detroit Music Awards and was voted best Keyboardist in Real Detroit Weekly's Annual poll. | Crotch is an eclectic mix of heavy metal, classic rock, and today's indescribable new sound. They do a mix of high-energy original songs and covers of bands from Limp Bizkit, Linkin Park, and Korn to Taproot and System of a Down. In the past they have also done covers of songs by the Doors (5 to 1), the Beatles (Helter Skelter), ZZtop (Cheap Sunglasses) and even originated the heavy-metal version of Murder was the Case by Snoop Dogg that other bands are now imitating. Crotch has a little something for everyone, and puts on a great live show which always gets the crowd going. |
