| The debut release from Seven Mile Sun titled "A Moment In Time" explains itself entirely. The title of the album sets the plot and expression of
where the band has been a how far they have come. The album is diverse with themes such as relationships, the journey of life, dealing with issues of anger, and rediscovering the valuable things in life. The album provides a cure for the heart and the soul and lyrically takes you on a ride into people's lives. The album is full of energy, emotion, tension, contradiction and beauty. "The songs we write serve a purpose to us and put things into perspective. It is only when they work for us that they become meaningful to someone else." Logan says. "It's Not The End Of The
World", a song written about the horrific tragedy of September 11th, proves that there is nothing more emotionally captivating than a song created by
