| "The music of The W-Vibe, which has been described as Kraftwerk with a Mick
Jagger chip stuck in them, is created by Dan Augustine and Joe Hornacek. The music is made with a variety of vintage electronic instruments, video game systems such as the sonically-rich Atari 2600 and '80s home computers like the Commodore 64. Live performances often involve the use of battery-operated toys and Superballs. The W-Vibe released their first CD, "Game Program", in 1999 on Davies Productions. Their second release, "Libra Action", an E.P. on Science of Sound, was released in 2001." |
