History:
With the emergance of some real awful bands at the turn of the millenium, Tko had an idea to create something on a much higher level than most local or national bands. After playing with many musicians along many years, he auditioned over 100 people to find the right technically trained players. Yes a few have passed thru in the bands 8 year history, but only the strong survive and the weak fail. Mindrought has weathered drug abuse, Pill dependency, pregnancy, alcoholism and assholeism. But now all that remains is one of the finest unsigned bands you will ever hear. New vocalist Mark Lane has taken the band into another realm with his WIDE range of vocal talents. Mark does Death, rap, clean, weird, Metal, Pig, and even a Mushroomhead type thing. His ability to change from clean to scream is remarkable and he mixes and weaves all his vocal styles into the new music like a seasoned pro. Mindrought has one of the best bassist in the entire state and JOE RAMIREZ is the lead instrument in this heavy group.
