History:
I am an artist/author ~ writer/songwriter/musician who grew up in and around the Detroit area, and around Detroit music. I started writing when I was nine and playing the flute at age 11. I was taught classically when I was 14 by a woman who played for The Detroit Symphony. I am a classical/blues/pop/rock ~ flutist/vocalist/poet with a handwritten self-published writing/poetry preview collection that is available in independent bookstores in the metro area - throughout Michigan, the Midwest, East and South. My self-released/self-published EP will be completed this spring. I am currently in the studio, doing small cafe performances, bookstore performances and open mic's.
