History:
Originally in 1981 we started out as a string band where we did mostly traditional fiddle tunes, Irish, country and some Bluegrass. The players had such a rich background in different styles of music, that we began doing more swing and jazz tunes. A few years later a clarinet player joined up and gave a new dimension to the group. We began doing more and more jazzy tunes, but still with mostly the string instruments. One of the guys that used to be in the group played great bluegrass banjo and great jazz trumpet. Things just kept getting better and more interesting. It has always been a lot of fun and very gratifying for the band members and the clients.
