Description:
Hatred, violence, injustice, racism, pain, inequality.....these are all a part of our everyday reality. These things affect us everyday, yet we often close our eyes to what is going on around us. The words of i-defy express these realities in a way that motivates others to open their eyes and their mouths. The music of i-defy will make the listener want to punch holes in the wall and scream at the top of their lungs at everything and everyone that has ever inflicted pain.

History:
i-defy was formed in early 1998 by five long-time friends. For the last two years they have performed live as often as possible creating an enormous fan base. Their crowds grew steadily and they began packing clubs with people who had been searching for this ingenious form of oldschool hardcore. They released their self-produced debut demo in February of 1999 and sold hundreds of copies at their shows. Since then their fan base has grown rapidly as their words spread quickly through the fed up youths across the country. In 2000, i-defy split with their original singer Danny Presley. After months of searching the band finally found the energy that was needed to complete the band in Brent Vandekerkhove. This line-up change seems to be all the band needed to move forward. After experiencing i-defy it is not hard to understand their popularity amongst the underground!
