History:
In May of 2000, the band released, "Deep Detroit" a CD on Bluestrack Records out of Oxford, UK. It was distributed most in Europe and amazing ran through it's first pressing in a record breaking 19 days. Now on it's third pressing, and with rave reviews from publications all over the world such as Mojo, The London Times, etc, Harmonica Shah is quickly becoming an icon on the "blues scene". Recipient of the 2000 Lifetime Achievement Award by the Detroit Blues Society, just this past June, Harmonica Shah is backed by an incredible Award Winning band. Howard Glazer on guitar and engineer of the "Deep Detroit" CD, is himself a -highly regarded blues guitarist, winning two times the Detroit Metro Times Award for Best Guitarist and Musician Deserving Wider Recognition. He also released an independent record that was a top pick in Billboard Magazine. Howard is responsible for recording "Deep Detroit" in his own studio.
