History:
Flipgate was founded in late 1998 by John and Jeff Cronkright, along with the other two original members Shane Grush and Chris Konkle. Flipgate set forth to create an one of a kind sound. Things went sour and Flipgate was put on hold for about a year. Flipgate started auditioning for guitarists and vocalists. After a few people they welcomed Rusty Jacko to the "Flipgate family". In early 2001 former singer Shane Grush introduced Justin Pletscher to Flipgate. Jason Gott was also welcomed to the "Flipgate family". With the line-up complete, Flipgate has started writing new material.
