History:
Hello, my name is Joshua Baxter. I have been interviewing bands for the past 30 years, and these are some of the most interesting groups of musicians I have had the honor to interview. On August 17th,2000 - I went to "The Buddha Hut" (Insainco Productions Headquarters) to interview The50lbSound. I was greeted at the door , to my amazement, with a huge ready-lit personal spliff. I felt like a rookie, taking the whole two hour interview to finish my spliff. They led me down a hallway and we came upon a set of stairs that led us down to an underground bowling alley (only 6 lanes, but nevertheless impressive). We talked, bowled a few frames, and this is what they had to say... It was the year 1989, L.A. Zippa had just gotten his first guitar, McToby Jay had just received his first drumset and soon after that, Buckwild Willy also got his first guitar. Three aspiring musicians all on their way. Then in 1990, keithTarded got a drumset and started jammin (mostly punk) down in L.A. Zippa's basement (fuckin Brabbs) with MC Toby Jay, Buckwild Willy and L.A.
